2. Shipping Options & Delivery Time
We currently deliver within Ghana and to select international locations.
Domestic (Ghana) Deliveries

Standard Delivery (1–3 business days) for Accra and major cities.

Extended Delivery (3–5 business days) for other regions.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier service availability, traffic, or weather conditions.
International Deliveries

Available on select products.

Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days, depending on destination.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
3. Delivery Fees

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight/size.

Free shipping may apply for promotional periods or orders above a stated value (e.g., GHS 350).

For remote areas, additional courier surcharges may apply — we will notify you before dispatch.
4. Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link or delivery confirmation message.
If tracking is unavailable, our team will provide manual updates upon request via email or WhatsApp.

If the delivery address provided is incorrect or incomplete, Kasmin Skin Supply will not be responsible for any delays or losses.

If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of expected delivery so we can liaise with the courier to resolve the issue.
6. In-Store Pickup (If Applicable)
You may select pickup at our fulfillment or retail location (if available).
We will notify you by email or text when your order is ready for collection.
7. Undelivered or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.
Refunds (if applicable) will exclude original shipping fees.
8. Changes or Cancellations
Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
